The third "Rick"—Joiner—has Mask on his rental list. (Not Jim Carrey's 1994 The Mask.) This 1985 film tells the story of Rocky, a teenager with a disfiguring disorder who remains bright and brilliant despite his condition. It broke barriers about disability when released. It feels like a deliberate choice by Stranger Things creators, who cast Gaten Matarazzo and embraced his real-life condition for the character of Dustin.
